Originally, Potter Hall was called the Academic Building. In 1973, Tyler Junior College renamed the building Potter Hall in honor of the late Dr. Edward M. Potter to show their appreciation of his hard work and dedication to TJC.
It was a musical night full of upbeats and beat downs. Recycle Percussion held on April 7 in the Wise Auditorium captivated the audience with rhythmical beats, fast rythms, beatboxing, break dancing, ladder climbing and a special version of "Happy Birthday."

It all started in a dark room with nothing but a DVD player, a 20 inch television set and the entire first season of LOST on DVD. I had sneered at my co-workers who were absolutely mesmerized by this show. Honestly at the time, it looked like a dramatized, spin-off version of Survivor.
