A trial date has been set for Jason Bourke, a recent Tyler Junior College student, and Daniel McAllister who were charged with arson for setting fires to East Texas churches at the beginning of this year.
The trial is set for January 10, 2010 and will be held at the 114th Court in Tyler.
Bourke was enrolled I’m nine hours at TJC Spring 2010 semester and was known to be actively involved in the TJC Art Club.
Arson of a place of worship is a first degree felony.
