Last night at the reserves a 19-year-old male was carjacked at gunpoint. The Reserves is an apartment complex off University Blvd, behind Varsity Place. It is about two blocks East of the UT Tyler campus.
The victim was followed to the gate of the complex by a white Chevy Impala. Once at the security gate, one assailant left their vehicle and forced the victim out of his car. No injuries have been reported at this time.
