A student reported she was assaulted by two non-students in Bateman Hall. The incident will be referred to the Vice President of Student Affairs.

Campus Safety was requested to stand by at Human Resources while an employee was terminated.
12/08/2008 2:00PM ASSAULT
A student reported a suspended student confronted her regarding her report of a prior assault that occurred on 12/07/2008 at Bateman Hall. The incident will be referred to the Vice President of Student Affairs.

Campus Safety was requested to stand by at Bateman Hall while a suspended student removed her belongings.
12/08/2008 3:30PM CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
A student reported someone damaged her car while parked in the lot at 1414 Magnolia. Campus Safety continues to investigate.
12/08/2008 7:35PM POSITION OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE
The RA of West Hall reported he found two students in position of an illegal substance. Campus Safety responded and continues to investigate. The incident will be referred to the Vice President of Student Affairs.

A student reported money missing from a locker in the HPE Center Men’s Locker Room locker. Campus Safety continues to investigate.
