A student was involved in a Motor Scooter Accident on 5th Street. EMS transported him to ETMC.
11/10/2008 10:15PM SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
While on patrol Campus Safety observed some students in a vehicle in the parking lot at 1103 Porter St. smoking what appeared to be Marijuana. The owner of the vehicle was questioned. No illegal substance was found. The incident will be referred to the Vice President of Student Affairs.
11/10/2008 10:20PM SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE
While on patrol Campus Safety observed the Band Hall Door was open. The locking mechanism was broken. Maintenance was notified and the door was secured with a chain and lock.

The RD of Hudnall Hall reported the heat in room 129 was not working. Campus Safety notified Maintenance.
11/10/2008 11:56PM POWER OUTAGE
The RA of Bateman Hall reported a power outage in room 207. Campus Safety notified Maintenance.
11/11/2008 1:55AM LITTERING
While on patrol Campus Safety observed two large trash bags in the parking lot at 1300 S. Lake St. The items were photographed and disposed of.
11/11/2008 4:00AM THEFT
A student reported clothing missing from the laundry room on the 3rd floor of Ornelas B. Campus Safety continues to investigate.
