A student reported her suite-mate assaulted her in Vaughn Hall room 106. Campus Safety took her statement but she does not wish to file charges.
OCT 14, 2008 SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR 8:35PM
A student exhibited strange behavior while in class at Advanced Drawing Techniques Room 132. The instructor notified Campus Safety. Campus Safety monitored the student until she left the campus.
OCT 16, 2008 THEFT 1:39PM
A student reported her purse was missing from the Rogers Student Center cafeteria. Campus Safety took her statement and continues to investigate.
OCT 16, 2008 CRIMINAL TRESPASS WARNING 2:00PM
A female student was observed in Ornelas B with a male student. The female student was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning. The incident will be referred to the Vice President of Student Affairs.

A female student was observed in Ornelas B room 117 with a male student. The female student was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for male dorms. The incident will be referred to the Vice President of Student Affairs.

A female student was in Ornelas B with a male student. Campus Safety issued the female student a Criminal Trespass Warning for male dorms. The incident will be referred to the Vice President of Student Affairs.
OCT 16, 2008 DEADLY CONDUCT 5:15PM
Two students called Campus Safety to report three black males in a white car in the Rogers Student Center parking lot brandishing a handgun and threatening to shoot them. Campus Safety continued to check the area and around the scene without locating the vehicle.
OCT 16, 2008 THEFT 8:00PM
Two reports of theft were received from the HPE Pool locker room. Items were stolen from unlocked lockers. Campus Safety continues to investigate.
OCT 16, 2008 DRUG PARAPHENALIA 10:05PM
While on patrol, Campus Safety observed a student smoking a water pipe. No drugs were found in his possession. Campus safety cautioned him about the use of drug paraphernalia. He said he would put the pipe away.
OCT 17, 2008 SUSPICOUS ACTIVITY 12:19AM
The RA of Bateman reported there were people in front of Bateman Hall smoking what appears to be Marijuana. Campus Safety checked the area and found students in the area but no illegal substance was found.
OCT 17, 2008 SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY 12:45AM
Loud noise was reported at the Pat Hartley Field. Campus Safety checked the area and found a group of men watching two men participating in a boxing match. As the officers approached the group ran into Ornelas B.
OCT 17, 2008 FIRE ALARM 2:17AM
The fire alarm was activated in the Skills Center at RTDC. Campus Safety checked the area and was unable to reset the alarm. Maintenance was notified.
