The shooting death of Amanda Anderson has many still scratching their heads.
The 15-year-old brother of Amanda, is currently being held at a Juvenile Detention Center until his upcoming hearing on Feb 14.
An apparent decision was made after a recommendation from a Juvenile Probation officer. It is still unclear what lies ahead for this Juvenile, but the case can go either way.
