Malcolm Love, a 22-year-old student, has been indicted on two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. One incident stems from an altercation on Sept. 16 at a Wal-Mart parking lot. The second incident occurred outside Crossroads Hall when Love allegedly shot at a non-student at an un-sanctioned block party on Sept. 18.
