TJC educators advance at Tyler Film Fest

At tonight’s “Home Grown” Texas film feature of the Downtown Tyler Film Festival, TJC’s own R.J. Parish, assistant director of the campus’ Center for Earth and Space Science Education, and Candace Black, a CESSE educator, advanced to the Best of the Fest with their short film ‘The Blind Artist.’ Saturday night they will compete for the top honor. Show your support for them on their FB page or by attending the festival Saturday night.

(Saturday is also the day of the free film makers workshop at the adjacent gallery!)
