Tyler Junior College, due to past issues enforced new rules on campus in hopes to make the campus more East Texas friendly. Many students don’t mind wearing new ID cards around their necks, but others feel it’s a unnecessary action that is practically a waste of time.
The name tags, known as lanyards are helping keep the campus safe from individuals who don’t belong. Tickets are being given for students who are found without proper identification.
