Throughout the season, both the men’s and women’s soccer teams have started well and have maintained their winning streak.
With only one defeat all season, the women’s soccer team went against Angelina College on Sept. 17 with a final score of 2-1.
At 37:00 in the first half, Rebekah Nolan shot and scored the day’s first point from the front line of attack.
Midfielder Kyleigh D’Spain scored the second goal with only 84:03 remaining in the second half to complete the 2-0 victory.
The women’s team is preparing for its next home game against Trinity Valley Community College on Sept. 24 at Pat Hartley Field.





The men’s soccer team has yet to lose a game. Front-line attacker Yart Van Lieshout scored with 16:00 on the clock in the first half of the night on Sept. 17.
Ending the night with a 1-0 victory against Angelina College, the team is now preparing for its next home game against Louisiana State University-Eunice on Sept. 24 at Pat Hartley Field.
